Production and delivery estimates shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Handmade preparation may vary by design, measurements, materials, quality control, destination, carrier, customs and local conditions. When tracking is available, it appears in the customer account or dispatch message.
Duties, address and delivery
The customer must provide a complete deliverable address. Import duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout expressly says otherwise. Risk transfers according to mandatory law and the applicable carrier service. Report visible damage, a wrong item or a missing parcel promptly with photographs and tracking details.

International taxes and collection charges
