Shoulder Width
Measure straight across the back from the edge of one shoulder to the edge of the other.
Chest Circumference
Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape level and comfortably fitted.
Sleeve Length
Measure from the shoulder point down the arm to the desired cuff position.
Garment Length (Top)
Measure from the highest shoulder point down to your preferred finished garment length.
Bicep Circumference (Upper Arm)
Measure around the fullest part of the upper arm without pulling the tape tight.
Trouser Outseam Length
Measure from the waistline down the outside of the leg to the desired trouser length.
Waist Circumference
Measure around the natural waistline while keeping the tape comfortably fitted.
Thigh Circumference
Measure around the fullest part of the upper thigh.
